I understand and acknowledge that participating in the event may involve certain risks and hazards, including but not limited to physical exertion, accidents, injuries, property damage, and unforeseen events. I voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to hold the event organizers harmless from any claims, demands, or actions arising from or related to such risks.

I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent my participation in this event. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns or conditions prior to participating.

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the event organizers, their staff, volunteers, sponsors, and any associated individuals or entities from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur as a result of my participation in the event.

I grant the event organizers the irrevocable right to use any photographs, videos, or recordings taken during the event for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes without any compensation or further approval.

The Participant represents and warrants that they are physically able to collect the goodie bag and use any item contained in it safely and responsibly.
