I understand and acknowledge that participating in the event may involve certain risks and hazards, including but not limited to physical exertion, accidents, injuries, property damage, and unforeseen events. I voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to hold the event organizers harmless from any claims, demands, or actions arising from or related to such risks.

I declare that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent my participation in this event. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns or conditions prior to participating.

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the event organizers, their staff, volunteers, sponsors, and any associated individuals or entities from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur as a result of my participation in the event.

我特此放弃、豁免、解除并承诺不对活动组织者、他们的员工、志愿者、赞助商以及任何相关个人或实体提起诉讼，免除其因我参加活动而可能发生的任何损失、伤害或死亡责任、索赔、要求、行动或诉因。

I grant the event organizers the irrevocable right to use any photographs, videos, or recordings taken during the event for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes without any compensation or further approval.
